Good summer?

Hey
did we even have a summer here in the UK?

Not sure we did really but oh well!!

If like me you didnt get a chance to jet off some where sunny and show off your hard earned body no worries we got the winter comming up! thats where we can hide away and get a little bigger!

But theres still a couple of months before hand!

In the mean time the Mr. Britain contest will be on, thats gunna be a good show!!

I'm definatly not up to that standard yet, but maybe next year il be in good shape to compete?! lets hope so more pics comming soon!!

By the way... if you did go on holiday i hope you did show that chiseled body off to everyone!! make me proud!
