Winter Bulking!

That time of year when its all a little too cold for running outdoors, and our appitites increase!



Yup Winter Bulking Time!



This will put on a few pounds, eat right and not much will be fat!!



If you gotta snack go for some nuts.....like some walnuts good source of our EFA's (Essential Fatty Acid's)



Or just some plain natural yogurt with a spoon full of honey

lastly my fav a big spoon of peanut butter...mmm mmmmm!!!



Take care of your body and eat right! Train right! Feel right!
